Note: These features require version 4.3.0.0 or greater of Dice.

Reset app data

If the app is not starting, or crashing constantly, you can try resetting the app data. If you can access the settings page of Dice, then you can try clicking the 'Remove all imported 3D dice' option to fix your problem. You can also try clicking 'Advanced Settings' down the bottom right corner and then clicking the 'Reset' button near the bottom of the dialog if you have version 5.2 or a later version of Dice.

If you cannot launch the app or can't access the settings page, hold Ctrl when opening the app or run the app with the 'r' argument.

Note: If you have the Microsoft Store version of Dice, then you can open the Settings app and then go to Apps, then select '3D Dice & Random number generator' and then press the 'Reset' button on that page to reset all data.

If that does not work, you can't launch the Microsoft Store version of the app using arguments but you can use the Ctrl shortcut to reset all data. If your device does not have a physical keyboard, use the on screen keyboard or touch keyboard (in standard layout).
